Shipping Policy

Click and collect

Customers in Sydney may opt to pick up their order from our showroom at 23/28 Barcoo St Roseville 2069 at no cost. Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be available for pickup. Please present proof of purchase upon collection.


We can deliver anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Delivery fees

  • We offer free shipping for:
    • Orders over $100, and
    • With all items within these dimensions:

  • Orders with items exceeding the maximum dimensions above will have a $90 fee applied.
  • Orders under $100 will have a shipping fee of $12 (including GST) applied.
  • Orders over 20kg cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
    • Shipping fees for oversized items are based on a forklift being available at the delivery address to unload the items. If you do not have a forklift and/or are unsure about whether the items you are purchasing will require one, please get in touch with us for more details. Please note additional shipping charges may apply to accommodate special delivery if you do not have a forklift.

Delivery timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after payment has been processed. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with tracking details.

Delivery timeframe will depend on your location, but will generally be within 1-5 business days for metro areas and 7-14 business days for regional areas.

Please note that these are estimated, not guaranteed delivery timeframes, and may vary according to advice from our partner couriers.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Change of mind & exchanges

We can offer exchange or store credit if you have changed your mind. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition that they were received, with proof of purchase presented.

To make a return please contact us via email ( or phone (02 9417 1515).

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the associated shipping costs. Store credit/exchange value amounts will exclude any shipping costs on the original order.

Damage in transit

Please do not sign for packages that are obviously damaged upon delivery. We also recommend that you inspect all items upon receiving delivery to ensure that there has been no damage during transit. If you find any damage, please contact us immediately ( or phone (02 9417 1515).

Warranty statement

Warranty Terms & Conditions for BETA Tools sold by UNIPAC Equipment (AUST) PTY LTD in Australia

All Beta Tools (except – see EXCLUSIONS below) come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY against any defects covering but not limited to faulty manufacturing and/or faulty materials under normal use.

If, after conducting valid investigation, UNIPAC determines the warranty is valid, UNIPAC will (at its sole discretion) either repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or manufacturing, under normal use and maintenance. (Note: Replacement item could be a reconditioned product)

UNIPAC complies to warranty and returns terms dictated by Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Warranty Conditions

  • The item must have been purchased from UNIPAC directly in Australia
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied along with a description of fault and clear image(s) to support description. The item must have clear signs of manufacturing defect(s)
  • UNIPAC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each warranty claim after appropriate investigation has been done
  • Warranty does not cover: See WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
  • WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: Warranty may be denied if failure is attributed to improper use, use outside of design and manufacturing specifications, and/or lack of regular servicing (pneumatics) in accordance to manufacturing specifications.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to normal wear parts such as, but not limited to, cutting blades, caster wheels, roller bearings, worn bits, drivers, drill bits, taps, dies, files, ratchet gears, pneumatic gears and any torque product.

A limited 12-month warranty applies to the following:

  • BETA Pneumatic Range (i.e. impact wrenches, air ratchets, etc)
  • BETA Torque Range (i.e. torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers, etc.) – Warranty does not include regular recalibration
  • BETA Electronics (digital multimeter, electronic digital torque meter, etc.)
  • BETA Footwear & Workwear (i.e. Safety shoes, clothing, etc.)

Under no circumstances shall UNIPAC Equipment (AUST) PTY LTD (the importer), or any of its distributors be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
